Derry Girls season two has landed on Netflix, just in time for the weekend.
The day has come… season two of Derry Girls is finally available to stream on Netflix and we couldn’t be happier. Fans have been waiting a long time for season two to hit the online streaming platform but, as we all know, it was well worth the wait.
Including all six episodes, season two kicks off with the gang heading off an outdoor pursuits weekend. Part of a peace initiative to promote positive relations between Catholics and Protestants, the episode features one of the series’ most memorable scenes which you can watch below.
Sharing her excitement at the news, Jamie Lee O’Donnell posted a photo of herself, Saoirse-Monica Jackson and Nicola Coughlan all in character to celebrate.

As for season three of the series? Unfortunately, we’ll have to wait a little longer for that as filming has been delayed due to Covid-19. Something to look forward to.
