Ed Sheeran Is Looking For Irish Dancers For His New Video

katedemolder

Irish lovers of Ed Sheeran REJOICE, as the dreamy singer songwriter has just returned from a hiatus, and is set to film a music video in Ireland.

Sheeran has made no secret of his love of Ireland, his ancestral home, as he plans to cast people to appear in the video.

Keen to be involved? There’s one catch – you must be able to Irish dance.

The redheaded performer told 2fm’s Eoghan McDermott:

I’m definitely shooting a video for the song in Ireland. I will be doing it [casting] because I need proper céilí dancers. The song, which features a trad band from Belfast, includes a fiddle, pipe and a bodhrán and the Thinking Out Loud musician has predicted it will become something of an anthem for his Irish fans.

We really jam and it’s going to be good. I do think I’ll never be able to play a song in Ireland again because this one will just be the song.

The song, which has a connection to Co Galway, is the second of two songs on his album that are about Ireland.

He also revealed he may even release it as a single before his album is released.

He also has one more Irish related song to be released on the upcoming album, about one of our sunnier counties… Wexford.

Random? Possibly.

Are we excited? 100%.
