The countdown to Electric Picnic 2019 is very much on and if ticket-holders weren’t excited enough, today’s announcement should do the job.
The festival has revealed that over 40 new additions have been added to this year’s line-up, joining already-confirmed artists such as Florence And The Machine, The Strokes, Hozier and the 1975.
Names that stand out among the new faces include Scottish favourite Gerry Cinnamon as well as music legends Richard Ashcroft and Johnny Marr. That’s not all as they’ll have to make room for DJ Richie Hawtin, electropop star Charli XCX and rapper J Hus.
