Graham Norton Show

Graham Norton will be joined by fellow Irish compatriots Imelda May and actor Adrian Dunbar on this week’s show.

Announcing the line-up for his first March show – still processing it’s March again, but that’s an article in and of itself – Graham Norton has plenty in store for this Friday night.

Taking to Twitter to reveal who’ll be gracing us with their presence this week, Irish woman Imelda May leads the line-up. On to promote her new album 11 Past The Hour, it’s due for release later next month on April 23rd.

Breaking Bad star Bryan Cranston will also join Graham on the show, one week after his Late Late appearance. Revealing that he’s “itching” to trace his roots by visiting Co Armagh, the actor told Tubs last week that he’s “gotta come back to Ireland”. A sentiment we definitely agree with.

Other stars to join the impressive line-up include Academy Award-winner Chiwetel Ejiofor. Cast as the lead role in a new series based on David Bowie’s The Man Who Fell To Earth, it tells the tale of a new alien character who arrives on Earth “at a turning point in human evolution”.

Fellow English actor Daisy Ridley, best known for her portrayal of Rey in the Star Wars sequel trilogy, will also pop on for a chat as will Line of Duty’s Vicky McClure and Adrian Dunbar.

As always, you can catch the show Friday night over on BBC One at 10:45pm. It may be late, but definitely worth staying up for… and what are Saturday mornings for if not lie-ins and pastries in bed?
