Doggy’s big day out
Passengers aboard a train to Connolly station this morning were in for a real treat when a fluffy companion joined them for part of the commute.
Jumping aboard the train in Maynooth, the adventurous doggy decided that it was time for a trip to the big shmoke.
Irish Rail tweeted a picture of the adorable little traveller in the hopes of finding its owner.

Judging by the snaps, the unexpected passenger was a friend to all - that would certainly improve the morning commute.
Thankfully the friendly pup was reunited with its family upon arriving in Dublin; you've got to love a happy ending.
