One Of Your Favourite 80s Comedy Films Is Coming To Netflix

James Fenton

Great news, fans of late-80s family comedy capers.

The film that first sparked our curiosity about how babies are actually made is coming to Netflix in April.

Look Who’s Talking will forever be etched in our memories for the opening scenes which featured Bruce Willis’ hilarious monologues from inside Kirstie Alley’s womb. If you’re not familiar with the film, it’s not as weird as it sounds. Willis voiced the inner thoughts of the baby son of Alley’s character who got into all sorts of hilarious jams once he was finished with the process of being born.

Also starring John Travolta in his prime as Alley’s love interest/would-be stepfather to baby Mikey, the film boasted a great soundtrack including The Beach Boys, Bob Dylan and The Bee Gees all on top of some great gags and likeable characters.

Willis provided some great one-liners as baby Mikey and it’s well worth checking out if you’ve never gotten round to it.

Sounds like quality Sunday afternoon fare to us. Look Who’s Talking is released on Netflix on April 1.
