Netflix have revealed some of the movies coming to the platform in August

Netflix has given movie fans a sneak preview as to what’s in store for August on the streaming platform.

2020 has been the year of the telly, with the global pandemic forcing us all to stay at home more than usual. Still, with thousands of hours of content available to watch on Netflix, we’re not complaining.

There’s set to be plenty more added to the streaming service’s library throughout August and today we’ve been given a sneak preview of what to expect. Among the new additions is the entire Twilight saga as well as some light entertainment fare such as Bee Movie and 13 Going on 30.

1990s comedy buffs will enjoy the addition of The Mask starring Jim Carrey while Sex and the City fans are being treated to the second movie in the franchise.

Other new titles include the powerful 1998 drama American History X as well as Jumanji, Deep Impact and 2018’s Venom. You can get a look at all the titles being teased for August below and there are sure to be plenty more to come…
