Fans of the hit docu-series Tiger King can rejoice as one extra episode of the show is set to hit Netflix next week according to Jeff Lowe.

For anyone who doesn’t know – Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness is a massively popular docu-series on Netflix. Released on March 20, the series has become somewhat of a pop culture phenomenon in just a matter of a few short weeks.

Grabbing the attention of audiences the world over, the binge-worthy series tells the story of Joe Exotic, the self-proclaimed tiger King, and his feud with Carole Baskin of Big Cat Rescue. Only seven episodes long, the series takes no time to finish off and viewers have been left wanting to know more about Joe Exotic and all the other stars of Tiger King.

Including Justin Turner, an American baseball player for the Los Angeles Dodgers, who tweeted a short clip of zoo owner Jeff Lowe who claims that Netflix will be dropping one more episode next week.

Connected through a mutual friend, Lowe had mentioned he was a fan of the show on his wife’s podcast. Responding to Justin, Jeff can be heard saying:

“This is Jeff and Lauren from the Tiger King show on Netflix. Thank you for watching our show, Christie said you’re a big fan… yeah, you need a life. You just wasted seven hours on us.

Take care guys, we love you. Netflix is adding one more episode, we’ll be on next week. We’re filming here tomorrow. Take care, stay safe and put your mask on.”

Though Netflix bosses have yet to respond to the claim, they did release a clip of Joe Exotic answering fan questions from prison yesterday – perhaps hinting that another episode is on the cards. However, with no official answer, either way, we’ll just have to wait and see whether Jeff Lowe is telling the truth or not.
