Noel Gallagher has revealed some pretty exciting news for Oasis fans this morning by announcing that a largely unheard track will be released tonight.
Former Oasis man Noel Gallagher took to social media this morning to tell fans that he’s been rummaging through some old boxes and came across an old demo which he ‘thought had been lost forever.’

He went on to say that ‘as far as I am aware, there is only one version of this tune ‘out there’ from an Oasis soundcheck in Hong Kong about 15 years ago.’ He adds that he’s not sure if the soundcheck version outdates the demo because there is no date on the CD.
Noel confirms that the tune is called Don’t Stop and it will be available to listen to online from midnight tonight. The last single Oasis released as a group was 2009’s Falling Down before the band went their separate ways. Since then, Noel has achieved success with his High Flying Birds project while his brother Liam has launched his own solo career.
Judging by Liam’s regular social media barbs, the pair remain estranged but perhaps this latest development will give them a little push towards getting the band back together. Fans can only hope.
