Well, it appears one member of Martin O’Neill’s squad has captured the heart of the 39-year-old. Yesterday, Hilton shared a picture of defender Ciaran Clark on his personal Instagram and Twitter accounts along with the caption “One of my favourite ballers!! #CiaranClark #MancrushMonday.”
