Pure chaos in the best possible way.
Things heated up in the Great British Bake Off tent last night, when the cast of the hit show Derry Girls stepped into the kitchen.
Making a cameo for the festive edition of the popular baking programme, Saoirse-Monica Jackson, Nicola Coughlan, Jamie-Lee O’Donnell, Dylan Llewellyn and Siobhan McSweeney all stepped up to the hot plate.

And there was utter mayhem. Not that we expected anything less – especially after host Sandi Toksvig labelled them as “five of the most troublesome people we have ever had in the tent”.
A fairly accurate description I'd say.

Attempting to impress the judges with their skills, the stars had to make a trifle for their signature challenge while they had to make a two-tiered cake based on their favourite decade for the showstopper.
Things didn’t quite seem to go to plan for many of the contestants making for some hilarious TV viewing and one very messy Bake Off tent.

A crossover between two of the best shows on telly was always going to be whopper.
