First off, can we all just acknowledge the speed at which this outfit was thought up, planned out and executed? Just a couple of weeks ago, the internet went into meltdown when Coleen Rooney stated that someone behind Rebekah Vardy’s Instagram account had been selling stories to tabloid newspapers about her personal life.
The ensuing WAG wars captured the imagination of the online world like few scandals have in recent memory, with Hollywood stars even attempting to get to grips with it all.
Since Halloween is just around the corner, it was only natural that someone would get a costume idea out of the whole fiasco and sure enough, that’s what’s happened. A Belfast man by the name of Kieran put his creative skills to good use by dressing up as Vardy’s actual Instagram account, complete with the now infamous rumours about Mexican gender selection, a flooded basement and a Strictly Come Dancing appearance for Coleen.

A monumental effort, it has to be said. The image, posted on Saturday, has racked up over 80,000 likes on Twitter at the time of writing, indicating that Vardygate is still a hot topic.
