After Life, Netflix's well-received Ricky Gervais creation, has been renewed for a third series after the huge success of series two.
Netflix confirmed last night that After Life will be coming back for another series and Ricky Gervais has moved to blame his fans like only he knows how. The comedian posted 'Because so many of you watched After Life 2 so quickly and made it Number 1 again, the nice people at Netflix have suggested that I get off my fat arse and do another season. This is all your fault.'

The second series of the moving dramedy has been very well-received since it was released on April 24. After Life revolves around grieving widower Tony, played by Gervais, who is trying to come to terms with the death of his wife Lisa. Viewers get to see how this loss affects his relationship with everyone around him including his father, his work colleagues and even his postman.
After Life series one and two are now available to watch on Netflix.
