Special Paddy’s Day Emojis Are Available From Today

Ah, Paddy’s Day traditions. You dust off your finest green leprechaun hat, head to the parade, and neck a few pints of the black stuff. Oh, and you tweet a few selfies along with a special St. Patrick’s Day emoji. Of course. 

That’s the idea Twitter have had as they launch a new range of Paddy’s Day emojis from which are available from today. 

They come in the form of  green shamrocks (obvs) and can be accessed using the the hashtags #StPatricksDay, #SaintPatricksDay, #PaddysDay, #StPaddysDay, #GlobalGreenings, and #GlobalGreening.

As well as that, from March 15 to 21, Twitter will release a series of Irish themed stickers as part of the celebration, the first time Irish themed stickers have been introduced globally on the platform.

Allow us to be the first to welcome #StPaddy into the 21st century.
