SATURDAY

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers - Sky Showcase (Sky One) - 8pm

While Frodo (Elijah Wood) and Sam (Sean Astin) edge closer to Mordor with the help of the shifty Gollum (Andy Serkis), the divided fellowship makes a stand against Sauron's new ally, Saruman (Christopher Lee), and his hordes of Isengard.

Pitch Perfect - RTE Two - 8.50pm

Beca (Anna Kendrick), a freshman at Barden University, is cajoled into joining The Bellas, her school's all-girls singing group. Injecting some much needed energy into their repertoire, The Bellas take on their male rivals in a campus competition.

Angel Has Fallen - Channel 4 - 9pm
