The date for Selling Sunset S4 has just been confirmed, but there’s more to come…

It’s a famine or feast with these ladies, I tell ya.

After finally confirming the release date for season 4 last month, the Selling Sunset gang have more exciting news to report. The Oppenheim Group are expanding their empire with a Selling Sunset spin-off.

Netflix announced on Monday that Selling Sunset will be getting a new spin-off show, Selling the OC, which will follow agents from the Newport Beach office. According to E News, the spin-off has already begun filming and is set to premiere on Netflix in 2022.

Oppenheim Group owner Jason (and Chrishell’s fella whether we like it or not) will be joined by an all-new cast including agents Alexandra Hall, Austin Victoria and Brandi Marshall as they sell multi-million dollar homes to the rich and famous. The stuff we live for, basically.

This news follows an announcement from earlier this year that Selling Sunset producer Adam DiVello and Done and Done Productions will be following the agents of Allure Realty in Florida in another spin-off, Selling Tampa, though a premiere date has not yet been announced.

We’ll be seeing Christine, Chrishell, Mary and the rest of our faves back on the small screen from November 24th. The excitement is almost too much to bear.
