The weather is colder. The nights are longer. Thankfully, the TV shows and movies are even better!

We all need as many recommendations as we can possibly get right now, as the winter arrives and we're all going to be spending a lot more time indoors, and spending a lot more time with who we love the most... OUR TVS!

NOW TV will be adding some absolute crackers this November via the launch of Sky's Christmas Collection, which will include Die Hard, Love Actually, The Holiday, and the Harry Potter series. That will be available from Friday, November 6, and full details on NOW TV passes can be found right here.

Below is not the full list of what NOW TV will be adding throughout November, but these are some of the highlights that everyone will want to be checking out over the next month.

The Vow - weekly from Saturday, November 7

From Oscar-nominated directors, The Vow examines the self-improvement group NXIVM, whose leaders have been charged with sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. Amidst claims by NXIVM participants of both profound transformation and devastating abuse, the series seeks to reveal the issues behind the headlines and explore the emotional toll of unfolding events on these individuals.

The Good Lord Bird - all episodes from Wednesday, November 18

Starring and executive produced by Oscar-nominee Ethan Hawke, who plays the controversial abolitionist John Brown, the seven-episode series is based on the National Book Award-winning novel, and it currently has a score of 100% on Rotten Tomatoes following the American premiere.

Belushi - due late November

A feature documentary from award-winning filmmaker R.J. Cutler about the too-short life of John Belushi, the once-in-a-generation talent who captured the hearts and funny-bones of audiences worldwide.

Murder in Amish Country - due late November

How do you deal out justice in a community that doesn't trust outsiders, and tends to deal with all of their issues "in-house"? That is the question put forward by this docu-series, which looks at heinous crimes committed within the Amish community, and the fallout of their interactions with the legal system.

Doctor Sleep - Friday, November 6

The long-delayed sequel to The Shining finds Ewan McGregor as the grown-up Danny, still tormented by the actions of his insane father and the events at the haunted Overlook Hotel.

Jojo Rabbit - Friday, November 13

Nominated for Best Picture at this year's Academy Awards, this dark comedy tells the story of a young Nazi supporter who realises his mother is hiding a Jewish girl from the authorities. Scarlett Johansson, Sam Rockwell, Taika Waititi and Rebel Wilson star.

The Hunt - Saturday, November 14

Maybe the best hidden gem of 2020, a group of strangers wake up in the middle of a field and discover they're being hunted by bored rich people. However, one woman is far more capable of surviving than her new hunters could ever have realised.

Last Christmas - Friday, November 27
