Another celebrity embraces Irish life.
Summer 2021 has seen many celebrities touchdown on Irish soil. Already we have seen Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey filming for Disenchanted, Florence Pugh filming for The Wonder, and Bill Murray filming for a golfing television series. Jesse Tyler Ferguson, known for his role as Mitchell Pritchett in Modern Family, is the latest star to arrive in Ireland. He is currently enjoying all Dalkey has to offer alongside his husband Justin Mitika.

Ferguson is in Ireland to film for Cocaine Bear, a movie based on true events about an Air Force officer turned drug smuggler in the 1980s. Elizabeth Banks is also in Ireland to make the film.
Ferguson and Mitika appear to be thoroughly enjoying their travels. They stated in an Instagram post that Ireland was now “just showing off” when a rainbow made an appearance.

Perhaps our favourite content to come out of their trip is this TikTok video. I think it speaks for itself but we are obsessed with his creative cover of Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way”.
Ferguson isn’t the first Modern Family cast member who has been filming in Ireland this summer. Sarah Hyland was here in May filming for her new television drama series Epic.
