Late Late show coronavirus advice

The full lineup for tonight’s Late Late Show has been announced, with much of the show expected to centre around Covid-19 advice.

Dr Sarah Doyle will join Ryan this week, giving viewers a ‘how-to’ guide on self-isolating and quarantine.

They will relocate to the Fair City set for a portion of tonight’s show, taking viewers through measures we should all be taking when at home for the next few weeks.

They will use the Collins’ house to give us some practical tips and demonstrations.

The show will also feature a panel senior medics and other experts who will share their tips and advice on best practice when it comes to reducing your chances of contracting the virus, consumer rights, and guidelines around the cancellation of sporting events.

In terms of music, we’re in for a treat. Niall Horan dropped by for a pre-recorded interview and performance of his brand new single No Judgement.

He talks about his new album, life after One Direction (and if he’d take part in a reunion) and why he regrets not going to his debs in Mullingar.

Ryan will also be joined in the studio by Olive Foley, wife of the late Munster head coach Anthony Foley. She will talk to Ryan about her beloved husband of 17 years and will tell how Anthony, who passed away suddenly in 2016, was a “gentle giant and a committed family man who lived for rugby.”

The Late Late Show will air tonight, Friday, March 13 at 09.35pm on RTÉ One.

This week’s Late Late Show was originally set to be recorded live from Limerick. However, plans have been postponed amid the growing national COVID-19 crisis – with RTE making the decision to broadcast the show in the Dublin studio as usual.
