Tonight’s ‘Living With Lucy’ Has The Most Controversial Guest Ever

TV3’s ‘Living With Lucy’ returned for a new series a couple of weeks ago and viewers were suitably impressed with presenter Lucy Kennedy developing an unlikely friendship with Wexford hurling manager Davy Fitzgerald. 

Throughout the episode, the Clareman flipped his stony public persona on its head and aided by Lucy’s outgoing personality he even came across as a fun-loving, likeable fellow. 

Tonight’s episode however could well be a completely different kettle of fish as Kennedy introduces us to British newspaper columnist and generally hated figure Katie Hopkins. 

Hopkins has repeatedly attracted the ire of the masses with her controversial views on issues such as immigration, social class and terrorism. 

There was even a petition set up recently in order to get TV3 to pull the episode which has gained over 800 online signatures. 

The Katie Hopkins episode of ‘Living With Lucy’ airs tonight on TV3 at 10pm and is sure to attract plenty of debate both from those who are tuning in and those who are refusing to watch.
