5 New Netflix Suggestions For This Miserable Sunday Night

Sharron

Let’s face it, it’s a little grim out there this evening but luckily, our good mates at Netflix have us sorted!

Here’s what’s new to Netflix this month.

1. Bojack Horseman

He’s back for a fourth season!

Bojack Horseman, voiced by the legendary Will Arnett, is a failed 90’s sitcom star from the family sitcom Horsin’ Around. He’s been trying to find his way through a muddle of self-loathing, whiskey and failed relationships but now with the help of his human sidekick Todd and his feline agent Princess Carolyn, BoJack is primed for his comeback.

2. Fire Chasers

This Netflix original documentary focuses on the personal stories behind California’s devastating recent wildfires. It takes you into the heart of it and follows the brave men and women of Cal Fire and the LA County Fire Department as they battle the flames during fire season and try to save the local wildlife, natural terrain and the tens of thousands of homeowners.

3. The Expanse

This 10-episode space drama is based on the best-selling book series of the same name. It’s set two hundred years in the future, after mankind has colonized the solar system. The series sees a hardened detective and a rogue ship’s captain come together for what starts as the case of a missing young woman and evolves into a race across the solar system to expose the greatest conspiracy in human history. Gripping stuff!

4. Spirit Riding Free

This animated film is ideal if you’re stuck inside babysitting for the evening. It follows the journey of Spirit, who meets a girl named Lucky whose courage matches his own. Together they push limits, harness the power of friendship and discover what it means. It’s inspired by the Oscar® nominated film Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, Spirit Riding Free.

5. #realityhigh
