One Of Louis Theroux’s Best Documentaries Is On TV Tonight And It’s A Must-Watch

Darragh Berry

If you haven’t seen this amazing doc by the even more amazing, Louis Theroux, then you need to change that – tonight.

From the man that has brought us documentaries from everything to sex, drugs and crime, it was no surprise that the documentarian would end up making a movie about this subject eventually.

My Scientology Movie, is centred around the self-proclaimed “Baddest Ass Dude” in Scientology.

He goes by the name Mark ‘Marty’ Rathbun – a former senior executive of the church – and the movie-doc focuses on the alleged scenarios that people have claimed to have encountered in the church of scientology.

The Church of Scientology straight up refused to have any part in the doc so Theroux ended up working with Rathburn.

It also touches on the alleged violent behaviour of David Miscavige, a church leader in California.

Here’s a little preview of what the movie entails…

It’s on BBC Two tonight 11 May at 23:05.

You will not be disappointed.
