Macaulay Culkin Wants To Change His ‘Irish’ Middle Name And It’s Not Even A Little Bit Irish

Around this time every year, Macaulay Culkin is forced back into the public spotlight.

Not because he wants to be, but because in fairness, he is the face of Christmas in terms of movies.

He appeared on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon and the Home Alone star said that he was picking a new middle name.

Fans can vote online but the point we took from the whole thing is that the reason he wants to change it is because it’s “very Irish”.

But we don’t think so.

“I was staring at my passport recently and I was looking over my middle name,” Macauley said Jimmy.

“My current middle name is Carson. But you have to say it [Irish accent] Macaulay Carson Culkin. It’s very Irish.

“I thought, I should probably spruce up my name a little bit.

“You can vote on my new middle name; we’ve narrowed it down to five options.”
