Ever forgotten your date's name? Happens to the best of 'em.
To be fair though, most people aren't on national television when their minds go blank. Sadly, for one poor fella, that's the exact situation he finds himself in as First Dates Ireland returns later this week.
The incident occurs while mother and daughter Amy and Delia are enjoying a double date with strangers Donie and Cian. As the ladies nip off to the bathroom, Cian confides in Donie that he's forgotten Delia's name and, ever the gent, Donie steps in to help out. That is until he puts his own foot in it.
