Every year there is one Netflix show that grips the attention of the whole public and we think this could be 2018’s version. Their newest line of quality television tells a boy meets girl story like you’ve never seen before.
‘The End Of The F**king World’ looks set to follow in the very successful path of ‘Making a Murderer’ and ’13 Reasons Why’.
You may think this is all talk but the series has even got the golden (and rare) stamp of approval from Rotten Tomatoes who rates the programme at 100% on its site.
It tells the story of James (Alex Lawther) a ‘budding psychopath’ and Alyssa (Jessica Barden), a rebellious and sulky teenager and James’ classmate who run away together on a road trip to get away from home.
They embark on a road trip from hell and as you can imagine, there are plenty of twists and turns along the way.
The show originally premiered on Channel 4 back in October 2017 and was then snapped up by Netflix who began streaming it in January.
Still not convinced? Well, Netflix CEO, Reed Hastings, has branded it the “most engaging addictive original wild show in a long time” on Facebook.
