Staying In? Here’s What’s Coming Up On ‘The Late Late Show’ Tonight

James Fenton

Still reeling from Storm Ali this week? Afraid to risk that volatile Irish weather? Get your slippers on and cosy up for an evening of The Late Late Show.

Tonight, Ryan will be chatting to Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin in what RTÉ describes as a ‘wide-ranging interview’ about his time at the helm and the current political landscape in Ireland. It’s also promised that Martin will reveal his true feelings on Taoiseach Leo Varadkar and Sinn Féin president Mary Lou McDonald. Expect fireworks.

Also on the show will be Emer McLysaght and Sarah Breen, the brains behind Oh My God, What A Complete Aisling while Supervet Noel Fitzpatrick will be chatting about his upcoming 3 Arena show.

Plus, sports broadcaster Des Cahill will be plucked from the RTÉ canteen to talk about his new book and his experience on Dancing With The Stars.

Music will be provided by Kodaline, fresh from an exclusive appearance at Dublin’s Tower Records, as well as Plus Sibéal, who will be performing her stunning version of The Cranberries’ Linger as Gaeilge.

Sure what would ya be going out for at all? The Late Late Show gets underway at 9.35pm on RTÉ One.
