Last year it was announced that Season 3 was pushed back from Halloween 2018 to Summer 19, with the show's creators the Duffer Brothers saying they wanted to wait and 'deliver something bigger and better than what they did last year.'
A teaser for the upcoming series, set in the summer of 1985 has also been released, featuring footage from Dick Clarke's New Year's Rockin' Eve Show from that year as well as the cryptic phrase:
"When blue and yellow meet in the west."
