It was announced last month that The Inbetweeners would be coming back to our screens to mark 10 years of the show and now we’ve finally got our first look as well as an air date.
The two-hour special titled Fwends will be screened on Channel 4 on New Year’s Day.
They haven’t revealed too many details about what we can expect yet, but according to the BBC, the programme will include classic clips, behind-the-scenes footage and contributions from famous fans.
The funniest moments from Will, Simon, Jay and Neil on the much-loved show will also be ranked during the special episode.
The cast have been sharing photos from the set and it looks like Will’s iconic yellow Fiat will be making a comeback too.
James Buckley, who plays Jay, explained, “Can I just say I was shooting White Gold. I’ve not decided to just have a moustache.”
I’m A Celebrity’s Emily Atack, who played Charlotte Hinchcliffe, will also be making an appearance as they remember her infamous character.
The show’s co-executive producer Will Macdonald said, "The love for The Inbetweeners is huge, the kind of love that Jay would boast he's had many times – big celebrities, millions of viewers and loving fans from across the globe.
"And it's so exciting the boys will be back together to feel that love from all those people and enjoy it first-hand. What could possibly go wrong?"
Fwends is on Channel 4 on New Year’s Day at 9pm.
