This Bullshit ‘Diddly-Eye’ Sketch About Ireland Appeared On American TV Last Night

Saoirse Ronan appeared as host of ‘Saturday Night Live’ in the States last night and by all accounts it was good craic.

However, the 23-year-old Irish actress featured in one sketch that we’re not sure we can forgive her for.

We’re pretty sure the intentions were good here but the attempt at humour has fallen flat on this side of the pond. One stereotype too many maybe?
