Here’s How Your Mam Can Become An Irish TV Sensation

Has your mam got what it takes to star on the small screen? Has she got a great sense of humour and a Cork accent? This might be the beginning of her road to stardom. 

Irish production company, MK1 Productions are looking to cast an Irish woman in her 60s and a girl between six and eight years of age for an upcoming project. 

The winning pair only have to be free to film for two to three days at the end of April. All they have to do is send a video clip to [email protected] before Sunday, April 16 while following these instructions:

“Record a clip in your natural environment, introducing yourself and chatting to camera as if you were speaking to your children/partner/grandmother on Skype. Or tell us a funny story or whatever portrays your personality.”

Let’s just hope your mam still talks to you when she’s rich and famous.
