This Dog Got Ridiculously Excited When Her Owner Came Home For Christmas

Ciara O’Toole hadn’t been home from New Zealand in two years but this week she decided to give her family a surprise visit for Christmas, but the most excited member of the family had to be her dog, Rizzo.
