Take a quick break from your workday to appreciate just how bad this fake Irish accent is.

A series of ads have been released in the US by the RATE Coalition, a group of businesses and organisations who want to reform the tax code in the States.

To get their point across they've got an American actor to put on a thoroughly dodgy Oirish accent while talking about the advantages of Ireland's low corporate tax rates with diddley-eye music plays in the background. 

Because obviously he's in a pub as well.

Set faces to cringe.
