If you’ve ever worked a shift in retail (or any sector of the service industry) then you’ll know just how stressful dealing with people alll day is.

Seriously, people can be SO rude.

So when we saw this hilarious sketch by comedian Jen Hatton featuring fellow funny lass Emma Doran, about all the different types of annoying customers you face behind the till on a daily basis we cracked up.

First, you’ve got the “arrogant snob”.

Then, “the stinker”. Yuck.

The worst of all, the absolute worst by a square mile, are the “thicks”. They’re those customers who ask the most ridiculous questions ever in the history of the world.

Prepare to laugh, and cry a li’l too at all those traumatising memories.
