Have you ever wondered why they have to change the clocks twice a year? Why is it that we had to lose a beautiful hour's sleep last night that makes us all feel groggy and like shite today?

Well, the good folk at John Oliver's TV show have put together a video explaining it all. 

Turns out that it has been around since World War I when it was introduced as a fuel saving measure. 

Feels a bit outdated to us, tbh. 

We're off to try and figure out how to change the clock in the car and on the microwave.
