These Newlyweds Had Their First Dance On Shop Street In Galway And It Was Just Too Cute

For some people, the idea of dancing the “first dance” at your wedding is a bit stressful.

You have to choose the right song and try not to step on your partner’s toes or fall over while the whole room watches you closely.

But for one newlywed couple in Galway at the weekend, it was as simple as could be.

Maryteresa Breeney and Stephen Treacy were getting their wedding photos taken on Shop Street in the city centre as a busker played nearby.

They decided to have a spur-of-the-moment spin on the cobbles, and the adorable footage was posted on Facebook by LoveStruckWeddings.

“While getting a few photos around Shop Street with their photographer Deirdre Langan Photography, the chance to have a truly unique first dance came up!” they wrote on the post.

“Huge thanks to the busker who played and all the well-wishers we met while out in town!”
