Due to hit US TV screens in late September, show bosses have dropped the first full official trailer for the upcoming The Comey Rule series starring Brendan Gleeson as Donald Trump.
The official trailer for The Comey Rule is finally here and it's every bit as good as we predicted. Starring Irishman Brendan Gleeson as Donald Trump, he gives a brilliant performance as the controversial US leader, proving that he was perfectly cast for the role.
Adapted from James Comey's book 'A Higher Loyalty: Truth, Lies and Leadership' (a New York Times number one bestseller no less), it's described as "an immersive, behind-the-headlines account of the historically turbulent events surrounding the 2016 presidential election".
A two-part series, it tells the story of two powerful figures whose "strikingly different personalities, ethics and loyalties put them on a collision course"... and it makes for very, very good TV.
Starring alongside American actor Jeff Daniels, Gleeson certainly looks the part - managing to nail both Trump's characteristic look
