The country, nay the world, is abuzz with all things Lizzo at the moment.
She isn’t part of a movement, she’s a movement all in herself. I mean have you seen her Vogue cover? Iconic.
In Ireland as part of her European tour, Lizzo and her entourage did a bit of touristing around Dublin’s fair city ahead of her sold-out gig last night.
Dublin pulled out at all the stops ahead of her visit, with street artist Emmalene Blake (also known as ESTR) unveiling a mural of the woman herself on the corner of Chatham Row and South William Street.

Playing to a full house at the Olympia Theatre last night, she was nothing if not good as hell.

The highlight coming later in the show when she whipped out a tin whistle for a rendition of My Heart Will Go On.
She definitely went to an Irish primary school.

While she may not be 100 per cent Irish, she’s at least partly so judging by her mad skills.
Tickets to see her were like gold dust but thank God for social media we can all relive the magic for weeks to come.
@lizzo I didn’t get to your show in #dublin tonight but literally my friends Instagram stories showed me how wonderful it was.Well done Hope you enjoy your #ireland trip!

That should tide us over until her next Irish concert. And remember “you know you a star, you can touch the sky”.
