WATCH: The Office cast recreated Jim and Pam’s wedding dance over Zoom and it’s pure gold

The cast of The Office reunited over Zoom to recreate that famous dance scene.

Part of his new YouTube show, Some Good News, John Krasinski rallied up his friends from The Office to give one newlywed couple a special surprise. Big fans of the whole Dunder Mifflin gang, John proposed to his now-wife Susan in the same way Jim proposed to Pam on the show (oops spoiler alert… but really, if you haven’t watched the series by now, I have no respect sympathy for you) – later sharing a video of the proposal with Krasinski which in turn inspired him to become an ordained minister and online so he could officiate their wedding.

Are you following?

Dubbing it his “favourite love story of the week”, Krasinski introduced the couple by showing a clip of their proposal… one he described as “oddly familiar”.

Krasinski rounded up the couple’s friends and families on Zoom and performed the ceremony on Zoom, with cameos from his former co-stars including Jenna Fischer who quoted a line from the series in her toast to the newlyweds.

Of course, the best part was yet to come though as Krasinski also managed to convince his pals to recreate one of the series’ most iconic scenes – the famous dance scene from Jim and Pam’s wedding. Up there as being one of the best episodes of the whole series, it’s the hilarious dance number that seals the deal for many and trust us when we say it’s just as good over Zoom.

Skip to 15:00 for a boogie.

John Krasinski, doing God’s work.
