Down to Earth with Zac Efron premieres on Netflix on July 10th.

A brand new travel docuseries hitting Netflix next month, Down to Earth sees actor Zac Efron journey around the world (pre-Covid-19 of course) with wellness expert Darin Olien in search of healthy, sustainable ways to live.

Travelling the globe to find “some new perspectives on some very old problems”, the 32-year-old visits places as far-flung as Lima, Costa Rica, France, Puerto Rico, Iceland, Sardinia and London – all to help him find more sustainable living solutions to everyday issues. Meeting some of the world’s top eco-innovators, the star gets a closer look at various innovative eco-solutions – a community ‘fart bag’ that burns like the Olympic torch, for example.

Giving viewers a taste of what’s to come, Netflix has released the trailer in which Zac can be heard saying:

“We need to start rethinking how we consume everything from our food to our power. Change has to start somewhere. Maybe it’s about time we all changed. It’s time to get down to earth.”

He’s come a long way since his golf course tantrum days in High School Musical 2.
