Chris Hemsworth as Thor

Chris Hemsworth is giving people free access to his six-week online training plan.

As the face (and body) behind the Marvel Thor Odinson, you could say that Chris Hemsworth has a reputation for being in pretty good shape – you couldn’t be the Asgardian God of Thunder without breaking a sweat in the gym every now and then.

Widely considered to be the ultimate fitspiration, achieving a physique like Chris Hemsworth may not seem like a realistic goal… but having access to his six-week training plan would certainly help to set the wheels in motion.

With gyms across the world closed over coronavirus concerns, people are looking to more innovative ways of working out. Taking to his Instagram, the Aussie man revealed that he’ll be giving free access to his online programme “during this period of self-isolation and uncertainty”.

Saying that the plan has had a “profoundly positive impact” on his own life, Chris is hoping that the app will help people to combat the fear and anxiety caused by the current circumstances.

“Centr was founded to make health and happiness accessible to all, and I hope that this will make that access even easier during the current global health crisis.

I think now more than ever is when we need to focus on what I believe to be the 3 key pillars to living healthier and happier – movement, nutrition and mental fitness.”

The app comes equipped with a full catalogue of insider tips and tricks, giving users access to training advice, nutritional info, meditation guides and even sleep visualisation techniques.

Thor’s six-pack abs, unfortunately, aren’t included… but watch this space.
