In September of next year, Stormzy takes to the 3 Arena stage for two dates of his 2020 H.I.T.H world tour.
The UK rapper has always had an affinity for us here in Ireland and he’s proven that once again with his latest gesture for his Irish fans. Taking to Facebook, the 26-year-old has invited followers to seek out examples of the artwork pictured below, upload a pic and he will then choose some winners.
The caption on the post reads: ‘Ireland! I wanted to do something special for you. If you find this artwork in your city, upload a photo to Facebook or Instagram with my #HITHIE and get a chance to win tickets to one of my Dublin shows in September. The winners will be chosen on Friday 20th.’
The post has already been inundated with photos from eager fans and by the looks of things, the piece is appearing in a number of different places including Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Galway. If you haven’t managed to get tickets to see Stormzy, be sure to have your phone handy when you’re roaming the streets this week.
