Adding candy floss to cocktails is the new adding pumpkin spice to lattes. It’s all the rage currently, with House Limerick and The Perch in Cork serving up these dreamy cocktails. Now The Buttery in Limerick has jumped on the trend, spreading the candy floss love.

The Buttery introduces Lost in the Clouds, a light, vodka based cocktail with candy floss in the top of the glass. It comes with a shot of prosecco to pour over the candy floss, perfect for getting lost in the clouds.
You can book a table at The Buttery HERE, or walk ins are also welcome. They are currently taking Christmas bookings, if you’re looking for somewhere funky to have a festive dinner and drinks. The Buttery is located on Bedford Row, and opens Wednesday to Saturday 9am-9.30pm, and Sundays 10am-9.30pm.
