Doh way! Exciting news for Limerick pizza lovers, Doh has begun work on their Castletroy location.
Doh Pizza opened the doors of their O’Connell Street location in December 2020, a brave decision amid the third wave of the coronavirus pandemic. Despite the challenging time it launched, Doh has been going from strength to strength, enticing customers with their proper pizza dough and carefully selected toppings. When hospitality was forced to close for the first half of 2021, Doh plowed on, offering takeaway instead.
The Limerick pizzeria managed to have a successful year despite much adversity, so much so that now they’re working on a second location, in Castletroy.

They took to Instagram to share the news of their new spot, saying:
“Work is about to kick off on our second site which is located beside the Hurlers in Castletroy! Stay tuned for some cool insights of the build and design.”
So far there’s no opening date for the Castletroy location, but we’ll be sure to keep our eyes peeled on their socials for further news.

In the meantime, their O’Connell street spot is open as usual, with a menu that is nothing short of chef’s kiss. You can check it out HERE – personally we’ve got our eye on the Burrata Pesto Pizza. Oh, and the sriracha mayo for dipping… and maybe an Oh Oh Oreo pizza for dessert.
Doh Pizza opens Tuesday to Thursday from 4pm until late, and Friday to Sunday from 12pm until late.
