Feast your eyes on the latest Biscoff creation from this Cork cafe

Fiona Frawley

You might want to be sitting down for this one.

For the past few months, Biscoff has been having a moment. We’ve seen these sweet little biscuits pop up in lattes, cakes and in spread form across the country, and we’re not complaining. The caramel-y crunch takes me back to the days of working in hospitality and sneaking a few of them from the tea station to get me through a long shift (they saw me through some tough times, it has to be said). So naturally, when any Biscoff based treat pops up on the gram, I quietly make a promise to myself to try it. For nostalgias sake. And this bad boy from Yumm in Kanturk is going right on the list.

Behold the Biscoff Chimney Cake. Is it a 99? Is it a pastry? Who cares, all I know is I must have it. It’s the latest iconic sweet treat creation from Yumm, who consistently transform chocolate bars and biscuits into the most drool-worthy desserts. If you can’t get enough of the Biscoff trend, they’ve got you covered with one of these hot chocolates:

And for the Autumnal babes among you, this caramelised apple and toffee baked cheesecake should hit the spot.

Hit them up Wednesday-Saturday, from 9am-4pm.
