Salsa are spreading their wings and popping up on the other side of the Emerald Isle.

After some disappointing news that they were closing their Talbot Street branch in Dublin, Salsa assured its customers they were simply reopening elsewhere. What we didn’t expect is that elsewhere would be out of Dublin; Salsa Mexican took to Instagram over the weekend to share their new home was actually across the country, in Galway.

Opening today, Monday October 3rd (Mean Girls Day to those who celebrate), Salsa are bringing their authentic and delicious Mexican food to Abbeygate Street Upper, Galway. You’ll be able to catch them between 11:30am and 10pm.

Salsa does all your fave Mexican dishes, everything from burritos and tacos, to enchiladas and quesadillas. A quick scroll through their Instagram feed will make you desperate for something covered in guac… and salsa of course.

And if you’re reading this as a Dublin local, not to worry. You can still avail of Salsa at the IFSC on Lower Mayor Street.
