The Fat Fox is a well established staple of the Irish coffee scene at this stage. Their Delgany drive thru is always hoppin’ and their G’stones cafe is one of our fave spots for a reward flattie after the Bray to Greystones walk.

The Fat Fox have been looking to get into savoury food for a while, and this new taco truck looks like them to a T. Colourful, welcoming and laid back, and on top of that the tacos themselves look *chef’s kiss* exquisite. Plenty of meaty options for the carnivores among us, and jackfruit (the rising vegan star of 2020 that’s a great pulled pork substitute) makes an appearance in the veg tacos. This vid is of their soft opening with family last week, and you can already tell it’s going to be a very popular spot this summer. If you’re looking to make the most of this dreamy weather we’re having with a bitta outdoor dining, this cute backyard oasis looks like just the ticket. They’re open 12-7 this week, and we can’t wait to pop down!
