There’s a new cruffin in Kinsale, and we have a feeling you’re going to like it.
Cruffins, the hybrid of a croissant and a muffin, can be made with all sorts of things. This month, O’Herlihy’s Café in Kinsale are inspired by a fan favourite chocolate; none other than Ferrero Rochers.

These cruffins contain hazelnut praline, creme mousselie, melted chocolate on top, whipped cream, toasted hazelnuts. Gold spritz finish off this insane baked delight. Treat yourself to a cruffin if you’re in the Kinsale area over the weekend; it may just be the festive pick me up you need.
O’Herlihy’s Café opens 9.45am to 3pm Friday to Sunday. So plenty of time to stop in and feast on one of these cruffins.
