We are obsessed with this lovELY new pop up truck that has arrived in Kildare Village Outlet just in time for Christmas. It does all your fave food truck items, such as good coffee and pastries, but it also has some other cosy bits to keep you going throughout the day.

The ELY truck serves hot pots to keep the shivers away while you’re out shopping. If you stop by early morning, they do a yummy winter spiced oats. If you’re in at lunchtime, there’s a choice of a wholesome Mediterranean stew or a chickpea chili. Christmas shopping can be a lot of work, even stressful at times, so at least you know you’ll be satiated while you look around the different stores. You’ll have a full tummy and a clear head to focus on what to best get your loved ones.
The food is fresh and served all day at the ELY pop up truck. Plus, they don’t skimp on flavour.
