We’re glad they didn’t shrimp on any of the toppings!
We love to see a creatively stacked burger. Flipside Sligo is no stranger to creating innovative burgers, from their fiery Scorcher patty, with angus beef and jalapeno relish, to their delicious Capital C with crispy fried chicken and maple glazed bacon. Now they introduce The Shrimp Daddy, and we are a little shook.

This burger comes with a beef and pork patty, grilled peppers, bruschetta mayonnaise, buffalo mozzarella, and best of all, crispy tempura prawns. We are drooling just looking at the images from their Instagram. It comes as no surprise that Flipside won the award for the best burger in Ireland 2021 in the National Burger Awards.
If you’re feeling especially hungry, why not get a side of their loaded fries to go with The Shrimp Daddy? They do a variety, from chili beef fries, to cheese and gravy fries. Finish it all off with an ice-cream burger.
Flipside is open Wednesday to Sunday and welcomes walk-ins to try their sensational burgers.
