On Thursday, 28th April, there's a new egg-ceptional brunch bar coming to The Black Market in Cork. The Egg Bar will serve a selection of breakfast, brunch, and lunch bits, all surrounding, you guessed it, eggs. https://www.instagram.com/p/Cc0vZ_cs5Iw/ The Egg Bar promises to be the best destination for all your breakfast, brunch, or lunch needs. The little they have teased on their Instagram account is enough to send any egg fiend into a hangry state. While so far we've seen the classic dishes such as poached eggs and avo, and eggs benny, we've also spied a scampi eggs Benedict which looks fairly top notch.
